Japanese holiday day 21, Home time

Early start for the long journey home, now safely arrived. This is a close up of one of two lamps in the foyer of our hotel in Shinjuku Tokyo. Made from pleated, shaped and formed paper and standing about four feet tall, my flower arranging brain immediately had to investigate the organic looking lamps more closely....ideas will be forthcoming when I've recovered from the journey home I hope!
