Morning Sunshine On Kenwood

6.30am and what clear skies and a beautiful morning, Archie cat woke me up bright and early! Went back to bed and it was cloudy by the time I got up but cleared into a sunny day again before finally clouding over in the afternoon and a cloudy evening.

The day started well and a retirement party for Erik. Erik has been working in the museum for a few years now, he's a great hand at restoring artifacts and will be a huge miss. Met mam and niece Elise after work for a cuppa before heading home. Think it'll be a lazy night ahead. Mam is coming over to go through photos later. Watch out for Landward on BBC 2 tonight at 7pm, Shetland is on and my house may appear in the back ground :)

Walkies with Sammy this morning and it was fairly overcast but this fantastic light washed over the hills and finally hit Kenwood. Not sure why this house is called Kenwood, there's no trees there :)
