New snow!

Mt. Hood is donning a new coat of snow. Down here in the valley the grass is all green again after the few rainy days we had. I drove to the other side of Portland today to visit a long time friend who is recovering from surgery; had a delightful afternoon in her company, then a long commute home in rush hour traffic. So glad I don't have to do that every day - the traffic part.
