Bike Love

After a rainy, and busy day, I headed into London this evening. A random date was arranged, and I decided to be semi-spontaneous (!) and go!

It rained all day, and by the time it got dark at 7pm, I had those waverings of " do I want to go?". I pushed them away, and met my date at Waterloo. We have the same name, and he turned out to be Australian. As it was raining, we didn't go too far, so ended up in LPQ like Sunday.

Nice conversation, and had a lovely hot chocolate and a very indulgent scone. But I was so tired, it felt like I was slurring my words! Nice guy, but definitely friend-zoned.

While I was waiting for my train, I saw these two. They seemed to be a couple, and I liked how they had matching clothes and bikes! Sneakily snapped their picture! Unfortunately caught the very slow train back, which meant I ended up dozing and trying to listen for my stop. Came home very tired, but got my second wind then! Nice warm bath, then internet time, then finally bed.

I like going out and meeting people. Much better than vegetating on the sofa ;-)

* Might feel tired tomorrow though- it's parents' evening....!
