The Navigator holds about 90 people for fishing trips. It is also used for cruises to watch Dolphins. The fellow at the shrimp and oyster outdoor shop told me to tie the balloon on to his open large cooler of fresh caught shrimp, which I did. I liked this photo better. By the way, he sells the shrimp for $5.50 a pound with the heads on and 50 cents more with the heads off. Please try it large.
