No more mushrooms

Well, I found 3 new ones today, but while I was exploring the backyard for a blip (and bitten by a dozen mosquitoes), I saw this fuzzy stuff on one of our bushes. I really have no idea what it is, but when I wanted to take a picture of it, the wind just blew a little and the sun was peeking through the leaves. I thought it should be my blip of the day, so here it is.
