More beautiful blackness

The experimental fruit this week was a custard apple (Annona reticulata). It contained a lot of very hard seeds which I didn't want to put through the juicer, so I removed them all. What beauties! They are shiny and black with slight gold veins. Too nice to chuck on the compost straight away. We used them as counters for a game of cards.
