The stand

The last few days, BabyCyclops has started to push up on his legs/feet into a standing position, and stamp about a bit... supported securely at the moment of course.

Today BabyCyclops had his second routine appointment at the neonatal unit, to follow up after his stay for the first three weeks of his life. All good, BabyCyclops is progressing well and nothing of particular concern. The doctor was a lovely kind man and BabyCyclops was a little charmer. By the end of his appointment, BabyCyclops had removed the paper towels that he was lying on, mauled them a bit, then thoroughly shredded them between his hands.

The doctor said we can start weaning BabyCyclops very soon. Now that's progress!

We will need to go back in six months when BabyCyclops is properly mobile, just for a final appointment.
