Writers

Today was my Writing Group which meets every 4 - 6 weeks to discuss the piece we've each written on a given topic. This time it was "Building" and there were, as usual some excellent pieces.

We meet at each others' houses from 2pm but have recently gone to a local restaurant first for a menu du jour, or, as today, each brought a contribution to lunch. Today's lunch was great and I'm looking forward to getting some recipes soon. Unfortunately the other members live in Normandy at some distance from me. Today's round trip was 215 kms.
