Castle gate

The spire from St. Mary de Castro church was removed as it was on the point of collapse. I do hope it's going to be reinstated as the church looks odd without it.
The gateway is part of the old medieval city walls. The remains of the wall and the grooves down which the portcullis dropped can still be seen
