Rue Belliard Brussels

Had a coffee morning in the heart of Brussels today in the EU part of town (so glad friend A. drove !)
I've seen this road with the special bridge for pedestrians a couple of times now, it does look impressive. The footbridge connects a building of the European Commission with the building that houses the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions. The two pieces of art on top of the footbridge are called the “Thread of Ariadne” and are made by the Belgian artist Jean-Paul Laenen.
