Rain on my window

Lots of rain today, some torrential, so mostly an indoor day with toolbox at the ready hanging pictures and mirrors and generally being handy. I decided not to brave the weather for a walk and contented myself with taking photos out of the window. This one is taken from my study. The tree in the background was swaying in the wind and the slow shutter speed makes it look a bit ghostly in contrast with those big blobs of rain on the glass!!
