Mans work is never done.
First apologies to my lack of comments on friends blips but it has been a bit of a week. Tuesday I had the sad job of officiating and giving a eulogy at an old biking friends funeral in Chorley. He has had a fight with cancer of the oesophagus over the past 7 months and came home from hospital to die in peace which he did last Sunday week. I felt very privileged to have been asked by his wife to take the service which was' a not religious with Keith's choice of songs. All went well.
Then yesterday I had a steroid injection in my arthritic, knee which despite some reports was painless and i hope it does the job.
So this morning a very poor blip as I set a tripod up and put the camera on timer and tried to get back to the job in hand as I gave Doreen a bit of help while she was up at the pony.
