Waiting

for the Vet to come check his progress since last Friday's surgery.
This shows a partial view of his shaved bottom. (The complete image isn't pretty so no blip of that view.)
The vet was pleased with Nevada's progress - still must take stool softener and only eat processed canned food for another 6 days.  Day 4 through 7 are supposedly the most important in the healing time table for stitches to become completely stable.
Next appt. is Tuesday.  Additional ointment prescribed to reduce inflammation.
