Just around the corner from our home is this lovely allotment site...'Spider Lane Allotments', I really should go and take a photo on a lovely day not a grizzly grey day!

Before we moved to Stroud we lived in Gloucester and along with our home garden we had 2 full sized allotments, they were fun and I enjoyed having them but ultimately I didn't have enough time to run them and my own business (although I did manage for 3 years and was featured on the radio!)

The temptation to get one of these plots is great but I am resisting, the view from them is fab, looking down the valley towards the town and the distant river Severn.
