Ottolenghi's World

Had a fabulous introduction to the world of Ottolenghi today.

A friend from work cooked a delicious dinner for a few of us this evening, and impressed us all with his fantastic culinary skills.

He was inspired by the famous Ottolenghi's new recipe book, having already mastered and cooked almost all the recipes from his previous one!

The fusion of the various flavours, perfectly matched and not only was it scrumptious but looked just as good!
