Tall Order

Not quite what I'd put on my weekend 'to do' list.

I was anticipating more mundane things:

'To laugh often and much at Scotland's match against Italy, win the respect of the ironing board by tackling the large pile of crumpled clothes in the basket, earn the affection of the freezer by defrosting and chipping away the vast amounts of accumulated ice, appreciate the beauty of the bottle of Flash, which has been unused in the bathroom for two weeks and leave the world a bit better by recycling the bottle and paper mountain in the hall or by sourcing the unbelievably bad aroma (possibly of the parmesan variety) coming from the fridge.'

If I do any of these things, I will have succeeded.
