Spinning me healthy....

Why do I have to suffer and fight to keep me young or at least healthy? Spinning and sweating together with people to whom I could have been their father? Spinning to heavy rock music! When can I retire and relax? One hour hard biking this afternoon. Must admit it gave me a kind of good (proud) feeling when I was through. Red as a tomato in my face. I need a beer.
