Extreme cup-cake making!

Daughter Laura decided to make cup cakes for a friend's birthday last week.
The electric blender helped with the mixing process but when it became a bit clogged up with the cake mixture...........Laura tried to dislodge it with her finger.............................. yes you've guessed what happened next!

The red colouring sprayed across the kitchen cabinets wasn't red food dye but BLOOD!

A quick trip to casualty and three stitches later...........Laura went back to the kitchen.
The cup cakes looked like road kill so she made fresh ones the following day using a wooden spoon!
Healing well now and on the mend.
