Twenty Two Catches

This is my ultra modern back brace which I got (free) from the Danish hospital and is a vast improvement on the Greek (€120) version. It only has five main fastenings; one main around the flabby bit, two to tighten said flab and two clips on the chest to keep me upright. Dead smart, I need to wear it at all times that I am anything but lying down. Unfortunately that has been a lot today, having entered the dangerously complex world of the Danish benefits system with several problems before I even got started. It's too complicated to explain and it's not looking too good so far. Many more phone calls tomorrow.

Now,...... back to my Mac and get rid of windows.
