Bright Leaves

I spent a frustrating morning trying to tempt garden birds on to a tray of seeds to photograph them! Placed the seed outside on the patio table and set up my tripod and camera inside. Whilst i was setting up a robin came down and sampled the seed and I got a quick (out of focus) shot of him.

Connected the iPad to the camera wi-fi and sat down in my chair out of sight of the window. Using the remote control app to watch the 'bait' I sat and waited....and waited....and waited. The robin made one brief appearance and flew off before I got chance to snap it! At least I was comfortable and not sat in hide trying to get photos.

Took the dogs out for their walk and spotted these brightly coloured leaves - which were glowing even on an overcast day. Shot is taken hand held with just natural light. It looks as though a flash was used!

I almost blipped this shot of horses all lined up. Can you guess which way the wind and rain are coming from? About a week ago I was walking in short sleeved shirts.....
