Rainy Day Flora

Quite an eventful afternoon!

Thought I might struggle for a blip so went around the back of the old cinema to see how the rear of the new build was progressing. Lots of earth still being moved although the exterior appears to be complete. I spotted these Begonias further up the street in a window box and decided to take a few shots.

Followed that with a rather wet bike ride - still glad I made the effort!

Steve (my biking partner) then delivered a box of goodies. We apparently won the North Yorkshire Score Mountain Bike Championship and the National Championships too. So two engraved glasses, 2 bottles of Dales beer ( my husbands eyes lit up ), a gift voucher for Wiggle, a technical t-shirt and High 5 goodies all found a good home. Just for enjoying getting on the bike and navigating through some fantastic countryside and scenery. Getting older does have some advantages..... especially when in a new age class!
