The Sparks Flew at Felixstowe
I took my brother and sister-in-law out for lunch today as a thank you for the help they have given me in the garden recently. It was delicious, we took our time and a lot of laughs and banter was shared by us all.
Unfortunately Ian had to attend a works meeting at 4pm which broke the day up so whilst he was there I waited for him on Landguard Fort and watched the workmen demolishing a floating pontoon. I really like how the cutting torches created the sparks and how well they show up in the photograph.
After the deluge of rain yesterday, it has been a lovely sunny day and still quite mild.
