For little people!

Not sure why this tiny wee window so high up this building is there! You would need to be guy wee to get out! Then you would clatter to the ground & probably be squished! There has to be a more logical reason. Answers on a blip card please!
Oh and by the way for my fellow neighbour blipper who is holidaying on the dark side that is Edinburgh, the weather here was fantastic! Har har har
