All ready?

It was my task to take the WI meeting tonight, as our President is in sunny Spain.
This is the "stuff" ready to go over to the village hall!
Sound/microphone system.
Digital projector.
Laptop.
Numerous clipboards for members to sign up for a wide range of activities.
County News leaflets.
Agendas.
Raffle Prize.

And it was pouring with rain! So we packed it all into the car.

The meeting went well, and we had three visitors, one of whom will be joining us!
The talk was entitled "Nursing in The Gambia " and was given by one of our members, with a PowerPoint presentation. It was a real eye opener.
This afternoon I went to the new Craft Club. Raining outside, we had a relaxed and happy afternoon doing our own thing, be it knitting, sewing, crochet or toy making.
A cup of tea, interesting craft chat and swooping of ideas made it a good afternoon !
