The Boat

Today has been about boats. We spent most of the day in Southampton where we met up with Lauren. Lauren works on the P&O cruise liner Oceana as a photographer but had managed to get a day off. I too had taken a day off work and we had a day of catching up on news, good food and extreme shopping.

With daylight still left after I returned home, I went for a walk near to where I live and managed to capture this image of the boat with the views across Christchurch harbour as the backdrop. Suitably fitting...
