Turkey a day later than planned

because I forgot to take it out the freezer on Saturday to defrost in time!

Here is H (complete with plastic gloves) covering the turkey in some of the bacon from the blip the other day. It should make the turkey taste nice as it's maple infused bacon - when in canada as the saying goes :). She had to wear the gloves to delve into the cavity to get the neck and the giblets out - her idea, not mine. Now to cook it for 5 hours and hope for the best.
