Hummingbird Hawk Moth

Well I certainly didn't expect to be able to blip this today as it's still very chilly and grey out. I was just making a cuppa before sitting down to blip a poor quality photo of a squirrel when I spotted something rather large buzzing round the Mahonia, so I grabbed the camera and went out to investigate. It's still quite dull outside and I didn't have time to change my settings, so the wings are a little blurry, however after firing off several initial shots, I managed to change the settings but the moth had changed position and I could only get these back shots but I'm still really pleased to be able to get any at all :-)))
