Conkers

We know it's Autumn although it feels distinctly like Summer. Are we on holiday? Is this really where we live? We wandered together staying locally today, soaking up the neighbourhood, collecting conkers, running around the parks, staring open mouthed at the buses, burqas and grocers. It's so helpful to watch the girls, to see them so willing to accept change and be excited by newness.
