OEPS launch

Down in Edinburgh today for the advisory meeting of the new Open Educational Practices Scotland meeting. This is Martin Weller giving a presentation, and delivering it with style (that may be just because I agree with him!) but anyway, it was an enjoyable day - although rushed. Let's hope good things come from this initiative.
