MYSTERIOUS WAYS

Back in 1969 I set up what later became Muggins pottery in that beautiful Georgian house with my partner Dan.

It was going OK until a rather Poisonous Dwarf with grand territorial ambitions joined the team... For the sake of discretion - I quit!

Anyway, I re-visited Muggins in the early '80's & bought this teapot sporting a handle for which I had made the mold - £7.20 - bargain!

Smashed the lid - didn't I? On a tiled floor. All the King's horses & all the King's men + superglue couldn't have put that lid back together again. So I asked Dan to send me a replacement lid.

He sent me - not a new lid - but the little alien space-warrior!
