Red-line quaker

Back to work today, for the first time in almost 2 weeks! It was lovely to go back, and everyone was so helpful, so the day went not only quickly but very smoothly too!
It did however rain non stop all day (either mizzle or pouring) and I was really unable to get out to get any decent blips after work, so I decided instead to bring you another wonderful Autumn moth the Red-line quaker Agrochola lota.
The Red-line quaker is reasonably common in most of Britain, where it frequents open woodland, heathland and damp localities such as my garden it seems!
It has a wingspan of 33 - 40mm and flies in a single generation in September and October when it is readily attracted to light.
Hopefully the weather will improve tomorrow and I will be able to get out and get a blip for you.
