Hard Haz's Tupelo Chicken

Anyone familiar with the Hard Rock cafe will probably know of their Tupelo chicken starter. It's a firm favourite with both of us so we have made an effort to try and perfect it for ourselves. Tonight was the boyfriend's turn and boy did he make a good job. It's all made from scratch from the blue cheese dip and heavy metal sauce to coating the chicken in Japanese breadcrumbs and deep frying the chicken for that perfect crunch... yum yum
