Sunflowers Painted on Silk

This lovely little picture (2.5" x 4.5") has been painted on silk, and slightly padded, to give it a 3D effect by the artist Rose Gilling. I went on a batik course which she ran down in Dorset about 20 years ago now and came home with three of her beautiful pictures.

It's raining with strong winds here this morning - thus the indoor photograph.
