a quick stop to take photos before spending nearly 4 hours in the swimming pool helping with sport for all at the spectrum in guildford. It was a very rewarding time getting kids from 4 or 5 into the water to try diving - the oldest was in their 40s. We managed to get 63 people to try driving. At the end of it, I was rather a prune!

The highlight of the evening was a 60th birthday party - fantastic fun - all dressed up. The birthday girl had the celebration she wanted!
