Horse cents

My sister in Dorset has horses on her farm. I wonder how these rates compare? I doubt that these rates are current though. Perhaps someone can tell me when such rates were in effect.

This morning No 1 son and I started on the second staging unit for the greenhouse. We didn't get far before the rain started and we stopped.
