Standing to attention

In Oxford today and unbelievably it wasn't raining at lunchtime so I had a wander around. The Business Park isn't the most inspirational place, its only half developed, butting up to the Ring Road, with the Mini car factory across the way.

I think these pipes should be standing vertically supporting huge advertising banners...
