Good meeting with someone this morning; it generated an action plan. I do like a plan, particularly a flexible one. Perhaps I prefer frameworks to plans now I come to think about it.

The NHS has come up trumps. Went to the clinic on Tuesday and am having an MRI scan on Sunday. The scanners (3 of them I think) are working 7 days a week for all needs and not just emergencies, which seems sensible.
