Brioche....

... is a bitch of a dough.

So I decided to make some brioche buns with a chocolate swirl. I had some severe problems with the dough - it didn't rise quite the way it should, so the buns are a bit stunted and dense.

Going to try again maybe later in the week/next weekend. Here's hoping I get it right next time!!
