Experiment...

I have never made these onion bhaji before. I have only made ones that you can cook in the oven.. but we had some oil so thought I would give it a go. They were delicious.. took a little experimentation to improve on the recipe Firstly they needed more gloop round them so I added a bit more gram flour and a touch more water.. then decided the onion slices were too long.. I had thin half onion slices .. so I took the scissors to the mixture and Bob's your uncle they were delicious!! Before I am tempted to cook anything else in the oil I am going to dispose of it!! (once it has cooled of course!)
