Oh, Fudge - Cardamom Fudge!

The weekend's much needed r&r continued today with some light chores & gardening and I decided to try out my new(ish) sugar thermometer with a lovely sounding cardamom fudge recipe - oh my - it tastes AMAZING!

Coming to a workplace & friends soon - definitely be making that again!
