Beautiful beautiful Lister Park an hour before parkrun started

Got there early to help set up and to do a slow lap
Before volunteering for the main event

Since then it's been mainly about marathon prep. Big day tomorrow and have spent the afternoon on the important things like painting my nails blue and gold ( running club colours ) and buying blue and gold ribbon for my hair .
