spoiled for choice

A busy day.

Visited my mum in her nursing home - North Berwick. Just across the Firth of Forth from my home. I can see it. But a 70 minute drive (each way).

Afterwards I had a picnic lunch by the sea. Very therapeutic. Much needed. Sunny and warm - by Scotland in October standards.

Then along the coast to the horse racing at Musselburgh. Also very therapeutic and much needed. The bookies welcomed me with open arms.

Finally, a pizza in Edinburgh with N. Catching up, and good fun - as always. Dare I say it... very therapeutic and much needed.

Plenty choices for the Blip. The finish of the 4.15 got the nod.
