Indoor Reflections

It's been a tough day.

I was meant to be at my Grandmas 90th birthday party at her care home. Obviously couldn't make it. My Aunt who stays in Portugal came over to surprise her.

I haven't heard how the day has been despite trying to get in contact with several people.

Need to stop typing as it's making me more dizzy.

The hospital phoned this morning to chat. Got a nicer nurse that believes me that it is withdrawal. She has set up a visit from them tomorrow and is going to see about a medical review on Monday with the psychiatrist. Didn't start the new tablets today.
