Slow and Steady!

I'm really enjoying running again! After stopping for a while I have restarted the couch to 5 k programme. I haven't found it as difficult as I did the first time round which is reassuring! I am on a mission now. I've got to the point where I'm not overly bothered by what size clothes I take, however I do want to be healthy and fit!

Charlotte is currently at a birthday party. I walked her to it, then ran the very long way home! Hubby is going to go and pick her up in a few minutes while I get on with the housework. Then he is out at his brothers again tonight, I hardly seem to have to have seen him lately!
