Brick is red

The Bastille.
A converted red brick warehouse/factory advertised some years ago as New York style apartments.
In my mind, seeing as it was an old warehouse, I envisioned loft apartments.
But no. They are just large, high ceilinged flats.
When they were first advertised, before they were developed, the estate agents wanted a £2,000 non-refundable deposit to secure one.
They got it.

They have 2 or 3 proper penthouses though. Which look cool.
