Berry Pies!

Yayy! Rosemary was here for the weekend, the first time in ages as we’ve been here, there and everywhere else apart from at home over the summer.

We had loads of plans but they went awry! Firstly, I was off work with a cold the last few days and Rosemary had an impingement in her hip! The active Saturday was cancelled and we simply walked to Glossop instead. Somehow we ended up walking for hours and did more than an average person would do in a week!

In the evening, we went into Manchester for dinner. Bakerie was the place of choice, however, I said that there would be no need to book! When we got there, it was fully booked! Pie Minister instead for veggie pies, mash n gravy. No room for pudding either so it was a perfect evening for dinner to be on me! The blip would have been a picture of the pie! Unfortunately, I failed to charge my camera battery correctly!
