Post apocalyptic walk

Lovely morning of walking at the local nature reserve. Nathaniel really enjoyed the bird hides on the lake and exploring, although he did get bored or walking and his buggy. Now he's getting bigger he's hard to carry for long, so Andy carried him in the sling for the first time. Part of the walk went through the abandoned gravel works...very eerie, although Andy loved it (saying it looked like it should've been in a Walking Dead scene!)

out of his brioche roll. He's got a bit of a chocolate fascination at the moment. Had us all smiling as he pretended the roll was a car, driving it around his plate. Then taking a bite saying "oh no, I ate his face off, oh" (full of fake concern!)
Nice afternoon with Jon & Vicki, plus an impromptu supper.
