ps. Looks like mum feels the need to eat (after 3 weeks on drips) … she smelled some pizza today and wanted to drink some beer! We take it slowly, will start with mashed banana tomorrow morning ;-)
She is strong, she is fighting, she has NEED to live ….

I spent every day 10hrs by her hospital bedside (today was day no 6), not only helping her but helping other ladies in her room who are at different stages of many different cancer … and I feel absolutely humbled by their courage and approach to LIFE!
I learn SO much from them just by being there and listening to their stories ...
