Yotam Ottolenghi special

Red peppers filled with swede fondant, thyme & goats cheese. It sounded interesting in the book, could have gone either way though. Big boys inhaled it but little boy wouldn't even taste it, said it looked disgusting & why couldn't he have pasta. It was lovely, made by Floss, even looked like the picture which is always reassuring.
